A painting project using water soluble pencils, (Inktense) Fiona shows you how she selects her colours, plans what she intends to do, then uses a variety of techniques mainly on a wet surface, she uses these pencils in a surprising way to create texture and have fun! You don’t need to have the exact same colours, so watch the project, then, have a go using whatever you have.
