The more you look at the water in this painting, the more it seems to swirl and move about. It is a reminder of standing on the beach, looking out to see and drifting away in ones thoughts.
Terry uses thick palette knife strokes many of which have multiple colours within the stroke giving a real sense of depth to this work.
